- Home Assessment- This is where we measure, take pictures, and create design notes for how/where to add value, choose paint colors, assess any necessary construction or updating, and ideas to highlight the home's best features. Our plan is to make your home stand out like a model home.
- Essential Updates Report- These are items the designer feels are essential to update in order for you to attract motivated buyers and get the best offers. These agreed upon suggestions need to be completed by the owners, at their expense, before staging begins.
- Sourcing Furnishings- We will find and secure furnishings and accessories within your chosen luxury level to create the "I want to live here" look.
- Packing and loading
- Furnishing delivery
- Rental package provides for furnishings, artwork, and accessories for a minimum of 30 days. Extra months may be added.
- Staging installation
- De-staging and inventory pick-up

Although professional staging is a relatively new industry, people have been "fixing up" their homes to sell for decades. These days due to HGTV home buyers have an "expectation" and are willing to pay quite a bit more for a home that is "model home" looking.

Home Staging is the preparation of a home to sell by a professional who specializes in this form of design and has been certified and trained on the art of home staging. Many definitions you have seen no doubt stop after the word “sell” and that is part of the big misconception and devaluation of home staging. A professional home stager has the resources and can objectively view the home as a product and highlight its assets while downplaying its flaws. The home seller cannot view their home objectively, while many successful Realtors do not have the time or trade resources to properly stage a home.
