Pricing Packages
Basic Package:
Consultation
$300
This package is for the Do-It-Yourself person who is comfortable with renovation and is not stressed by finding designer- suggested products, ordering furnishings or accessories, scheduling deliveries, assembling products, and installing the finalized suggested design on their own.
An Add-On for $60 is available to receive a detailed Shopping List that includes pictures, detailed descriptions and prices of all products we are suggesting.
The Assessment
We assess your home looking where to add value and highlight the home's best features. We measure the rooms you have chosen in order to determine the optimal floorplan and make sure recommended furnishings fit in your space. During this 2-3 hour time we will also be taking many photographs. In some cases we may give you an Essential Update List of areas that need your attention before we start our design process, such as electrical work, new flooring, new paint, new construction, etc.
Partial Design Package:
The Refresh
Assessment: $200, required*
Design Fee: $250/room
Plus cost of Furnishings, selected within your budget
This package is for the enthusiastic homeowner who may feel more confident "seeing" the completed room virtually before investing but, once approved, is comfortable receiving the deliveries, assembling when necessary, and placing the new pieces in the installation.
You will receive one virtual E-Design rendering of each room chosen that will show how the proposed design ideas will look. Actual products will be shown in your Shopping List including pictures, detailed descriptions, and prices awaiting your approval. You will have one opportunity to give feedback that will be incorporated into one final room design.
If you are just too overwhelmed and want us to handle the ordering, receiving, and installation of suggested design additions, please choose the Full Service Package.

Full Service Package:
Assessment: $200, required*
Design Fee: $450/room
Plus cost of Furnishings, selected within your budget
This package is perfect for the homeowner who may have little time to do the renovations themselves, and feels more comfortable with a variety of design options. Simply relax and let us take care of all the details from design, to sourcing and ordering furnishings, to the installation, while you just sit back and relax before the grand reveal of your gorgeous new home!
You will receive 2 different renderings, by virtual E-Design, per room that will show you how the proposed design ideas will look. Actual products will be shown in your Shopping List including pictures, detailed descriptions and prices awaiting your approval.
You will have 2 opportunities to provide feedback to your designer and that feedback will be incorporated into one final room design, and a product Shopping List custom made to fit your budget.

For the Partial and Full Design packages, you will choose your package and sign the design contract. At that time, a 50% deposit for the design fee plus the full cost for the Home Assessment is required. Then your project begins with the Home Assessment! The remaining 50% is due when final design is completed. After receiving payment, the final design will be sent along with the Product Shopping List. All suggested and agreed upon essential updates, including construction, painting, flooring, and professional cleaning should be completed before any products are purchased for delivery. Homeowners will communicate to the designer when those services are complete so the design process can be resumed. If, on Installation Day, we find that those things were not done, we will need to reschedule and a $200 rescheduling fee will be charged.
